Why focus on maintenance when you can focus on growth?

When you hire Allie Nimmons Creative to support your site, you spend no time and no effort on your maintenance. I act as your designated “website person.” If anything happens, I’m here to help. And you ever want to cancel, I will move your site to your own hosting account for a small fee, no questions asked.

WordPress websites crash and get hacked due to:

  • vulnerabilities in their hosting platform
  • an insecure theme
  • out of date plugins or WordPress software
  • weak passwords and user information

Fill your to-do list with brand-building tasks, not maintenance tasks. Have an experienced website superhero in your corner!

How does hosting work? Do I need it?

All a website really is is a bunch of files – like the ones you might have on your Desktop or Documents folder. They are detailed instructions that tell the browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) what to show the viewer when they arrive at your domain or URL. Otherwise, no one will be able to see or use your website.

The files that make up your website need to exist somewhere, on some computer. Think of it as paying rent. When you move your belongings into an apartment, you need to pay rent to keep them there. Hosting means you are paying a company to house your files on their computers or servers.

Software developers are improving WordPress and its plugins all the time. When a new version of the software is available, someone needs to install the update so your site runs as well as possible. That’s where my maintenance plan comes in! Your software will always be up to date and if you ever need technical support, it’s me you call instead of a stranger!

If you don’t want to host with me, I recommend hosting with Siteground.

They provide free migrations if you’re already hosting somewhere else!
